Coalesce Capital Backs Pest Control Firm ClearDefense in Growth Deal
Private equity firm Coalesce Capital has made a growth investment in ClearDefense Pest Control, a full-service pest control platform based in Raleigh, N.C.
New York-based private equity firm Coalesce Capital announced Monday a growth investment in ClearDefense Pest Control, a Raleigh, North Carolina-based company described as a leading full-service pest control platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The investment in ClearDefense fits that mandate, as the pest control industry has increasingly adopted software and data-driven tools to manage routing, customer retention, and field operations.
